- Once Order is Confirmed , any Kind of replacement in photographs/Size will NOT ALLOWED.Upload Good Clear Quality and visibility Photos for Better Results.
- When your 3d Design /Digital Painting/Sketch Ready we will send it to your WhatApp /E-mail for approval.
- for 3d Miniatures and digital painting Revisions are accepted only in softcopy design only.
- As product get completed we will dispatch it to your given address at the time of order .
- Delivery and Making Time : Usually takes 10-15 Days for miniatures ,5-7Days Digital Painting & 20-25 Days for Hand Made Paintings. If Any Kind of delay happen because of revisions made by customer .Delay responsibility will be on customer.
Payment Refunds & Cancellations :
- We Offer 50% Booking Amount on our products & Rest 50 % of Amount need to pay by customer before dispatch . without due clearance order will not dispatch.
- As you know our all products are hand made and personalized/ make to order too. Hence we do not accept cancellation and any kind of refunds.
- Damages can be claimed within 24 Hrs with a parcel opening video.
- In Case of Payment Gets Failed and Deducted from your bank account shall be returned by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days and when payment get failed order will be not confirm.
